Lessons on Learning to Play Piano Tip#1 -Place 5 buttons on the top of the piano next to a pot. Every time you make a mistake, put a button in the pot. Then limit yourself to 4 buttons, then 3. This is a great exercise in focusing the mind on accuracy and turning it into a game. Another alternative is to turn it into a "platform game". If you make a mistake you lose a life and have to return to the beginning of the piece!

Lessons on Learning to Play Piano Tip#2 - Have a back up. There are times when you might get stumped on a lesson simply because you don't get it or are not using the right technique.
